Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
1. Making a Return
Return by mail. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. All return, credit and/or exchange requests sent must be made within 30 days of order receipt.
Take the package to your postal carrier and mail it to the above address.
We will deduct the cost of your return from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
2. Making an Exchange
Specify the exchange item on the original packing slip. Include the form in your return package. Simply take the package to your postal carrier, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges. All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of HandsomeBear.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground UPS.
3. Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a HandsomeBear.com online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Changes to Orders:
Once you place an order at HandsomeBear.com, you cannot make changes online. For assistance, please email us at customerassistance@handsomebear.com.
Shipping Rates:
For orders within the continental U.S. we ship via insured UPS. Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground Commercial Or Ground Residential:
For Purchases Up To $78.99, $14.95
For Purchases From $79+ - No charge*
For Next Day Air, Add $55 To Ground Rate
For Second Day Air, Add $45 To Ground Rate
For Shipments To Hawaii Or Alaska, Add $35 To The Ground Rate
For gas & fuel-related items, there is a $20 surcharge per order.
At this time, we only ship items within the U.S.
Please be advised that if you select second or next-day shipping, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order. With next and second day air, please be aware that on some purchases we MAY have to pass any additional fees on to you. We will contact you with any additional fees.
*If your shipment is in excess of 10 pounds, we MAY have to pass along any additional shipping fees to you. Most items do not fall into this category, and we will notify you of any additional fees.
Some items will ship directly from our vendors to your requested shipping address.
Oversized Items:
Please be aware that some large items may be subject to additional shipping fees. Most of the items that we sell do NOT fall into this category.
If you are shipping large items via next-day air, second day air, or to Alaska, Hawaii, we may have to pass on our shipping fee to you. Please email us if you would like to inquire about a specific item and shipping combination.
We will contact you if a higher shipping fee will apply to your order.
